Eveden Chief Executive Receives Further Recognition with Prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Award


Tracy Lewis, Chief Executive of leading lingerie and swimwear design and manufacturer Eveden has been recognised further for global achievements by Ernst & Young

Eveden Chief Executive Tracy Lewis, who was presented with the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for best consumer product business in the Midlands has also been awarded Private Equity-backed Entrepreneur of the Year in the UK finals.

Celebrating many of the world’s most dynamic and successful companies and most inspiring entrepreneurs – Tracy Lewis won the reputable award for shaping Eveden into a global business, now serving over 50 countries.  Eveden, which incorporates lingerie brands Freya, Fantasie, Fauve, Goddess, Elomi and Huit and specialises in fuller bust and full figure collections, recently became a subsidiary of Japan headquartered lingerie market leader Wacoal Holdings Corp.  Ernst & Young’s Adrian Roberts, a Partner sponsor of the award scheme, states that it is through Lewis’s vision and ambition that Eveden has successfully turned from a UK-centric company into a globally recognised house of brands.

The criteria which led Tracy Lewis to win the Ernst & Young UK Entrepreneur Award programme included:  the business leader should have the passion, vision and drive to succeed, be a compelling leader and responsible for the company’s success and must be based or have their chief operations in the UK - and it is Tracy Lewis who is one of just a few in the country to achieve the status.
